🔧 How to Customize Your Survey Notifications

1️⃣ Go to ➝ Settings > Conversations > Templates
2️⃣ Select the appropriate tab:

• 📨 Email Templates – Modify survey confirmation emails to customers and surveyors.
• 📱 Text Templates – Customize survey notification text messages to customers and surveyors.

3️⃣ Find the template you want to edit and update the content.
