We've fixed an issue where notes added to leads were not automatically transferring when the lead was qualified and converted into a Work Request. Now, any notes captured at the lead stage will seamlessly carry over to the Work Request, ensuring important details are not lost in the transition.

Simply qualify and convert a lead into a Work Request, and you’ll see all previously added notes automatically included in the Work Request Notes tab.
