As organizations grow, users often receive notifications from multiple modules throughout the day. While the Notification Center already allowed users to temporarily filter notifications by module, the selected filter only applied for the current session. Each time users reopened the Notification Center or logged in again, they had to manually reselect their preferred modules.

To improve the notification experience, Movegistics AI now introduces Persistent Notification Module Filters. Administrators can now configure which modules should generate notifications for their organization directly from Global Settings. Once configured, the Notification Center will display notifications only from the selected modules, eliminating the need to repeatedly apply filters.

⚙️ How to Configure Notification Filters

Step 1 — Open Global Settings

• Navigate to: Settings → Organization → Global Settings
• Locate the new Notification Filters field.

Step 2 — Select the Modules

Choose one or more modules whose notifications should appear in the Notification Center.

Examples include:

• Leads
• Work Orders
• Invoices
• Conversations
• Texting
• Other supported modules

Multiple modules can be selected based on your organization’s preferences.

Step 3 — Save the Settings

• Click Update to save your Notification Filter configuration.
• The selected modules become the default notification filter for your organization.

Step 4 — View Filtered Notifications

• Click the Notification Bell in the upper-right corner of Movegistics AI.

• Only notifications belonging to the modules selected in Notification Filters will now be displayed.
  

For example:

• If Leads and Work Orders are selected, only Lead and Work Order notifications appear.
• Notifications from unselected modules are automatically hidden.
