🪜 Step-by-Step: Add a Job or Fixed Expense

1. Go to Settings > Work Order > Expenses
2. Click ➕ Add New Expense
3. Choose an Expense Name (e.g., Fuel, Tolls)
4. Select the Expense Type:
5. • Job = Variable by move (e.g., Fuel, Per Diem, Tolls)
   • Fixed = Recurring company-wide (e.g., Marketing, Admin)
6. Choose the Service Type (Local, Long-Distance, etc.)
7. Select the Unit (Flat, Per Mile/KM, Per Day)
8. Set the default Cost and add a description
9. Click Save
