We’ve added the ability to capture a customer signature directly from the Survey App once the inventory list is prepared.

• When scheduling an onsite survey and building out the customer’s inventory, you can now request their signature from the inventory list page itself.
• This ensures the customer acknowledges that the estimate is based on the listed items only and that additional items or services may result in extra costs.

🛠 How to use it

1. Open the Survey App.
2. Start adding the inventory items to the survey as usual.
3. Once the list is complete, go to the Edit Survey Screen.
4. Tap Signature → capture the customer’s signature directly within the app.
5. The signed inventory acknowledgment will be stored along with the survey records in CRM.
