• We’ve added a powerful new enhancement under Settings → Crew App → Crew Templates, allowing you to attach specific forms and documents directly to the BOL Summary.
• This gives you more flexibility and control over which crew documents or acknowledgements get included with your BOLs — ensuring smoother communication, better compliance, and less manual work.

💡 Why this matters

• Compliance-Ready Records → Ensure all customer acknowledgements and key forms are stored with the official BOL.
• Customizable Per Service Type → Attach only the forms that apply to a specific service (e.g., Local, Interstate).
• Reduced Errors → Everything is automatically bundled in one clean document.

🛠 How it works

• When creating or editing a Crew Template, you’ll now see a new toggle: “Attach Form.”
• If this toggle is enabled, the selected form will automatically be included with the BOL Summary.
• You can also specify the Service Type (Local, Interstate, Intrastate, Commercial, etc.) to determine where each form applies.
  

📌 Example:
If you enable Attach Form for Delivery Acknowledgement, it will automatically appear as part of the BOL Summary once the BOL is generated.

📎 Bonus:
If the form requires a signature (for example, a customer’s sign-off on Delivery or Pickup Acknowledgement), the signed form will appear attached directly below the BOL Summary — giving you a complete, consolidated record.
