• We’ve introduced a new Crew App Permissions Matrix that allows administrators to control which features and fields are visible to crew members in the Crew App — based on the service type (Local, Intrastate, Interstate, Commercial, or International).
• This enhancement provides better operational control and ensures crews only access the information relevant to their assigned move types.

⚙️ Where to Find It

📍 Path: Settings → Crew App → General → App Permissions

• The new App Permissions tab lists all configurable features under each service type, allowing granular control over crew access and visibility.
  
  

🔄 Permission-Based Behavior

• Clock In / Clock Out - Controls visibility of Clock In and Clock Out buttons for crew users.
• Show Charges / Pricing- Hides pricing and service charge details from the crew. The Finalize Work Order option (above Notes) is hidden, but Complete Job remains visible, allowing job completion without viewing charges.
• View Estimate- Hides the Estimate option from the Job Details screen.
• Valuation- Hides the Valuation option from the Job Details screen.
• Tips- The Tips dialog at job completion will not appear.
• Take Payment- The Payment screen will hide all payment collection options.
