We’ve rolled out key enhancements to the Payments module and QuickBooks integration to make your operations more seamless and reduce manual errors.

🔄 Automatic Webhook Activation
When you activate Authorize.net, the system now auto-configures the webhook—no extra steps needed.
🕒 Auto-Check Every 2 Hours
To avoid sync issues, the system will now verify and refresh the webhook every 2 hours, ensuring payment status stays up to date.

We’ve made behind-the-scenes improvements to prevent sync failures and improve data accuracy in QuickBooks:
Every invoice in Movegistics now visually shows its QuickBooks sync status, so you can instantly confirm what’s been pushed and what’s pending. You will now see a Resync button if the invoice did sync successfully.
Invoices will no longer fail if a service item mapping is missing. The system will now use a default fallback item, so your sync goes through every time.
When you delete an invoice in Movegistics, it now automatically deletes it in QuickBooks, keeping both systems aligned.
We now store the QuickBooks Invoice ID in Movegistics. So if you update it later, it modifies the same invoice in QuickBooks instead of creating a duplicate.
