The Availability tab gives you a 360° command center to visualize your entire month’s labor and truck capacity, see utilization trends, and apply spot rate adjustments instantly based on availability. It’s how top-performing operations stay ahead, stay lean, and stay profitable.

Here’s what you’ll see at a glance for each day:

• 👷‍♂️ Worker Availability – Used vs. total number of workers
• 🚚 Truck Availability – Used vs. total number of trucks
• 📈 Truck Utilization Slider – Quick visual cue showing % utilization (trucks are usually the bottleneck)
• 🟩🟥 Color-Coded Indicators
• • Icons and the truck utilization slider turn green when you're booked to capacity
  • Icons and the truck utilization slider turn red when you're overbooked
• 💰 Calendar Rate Adjustment (➕ icon) – Make a spot pricing change for that day to influence bookings
• 🔧 Expand & Month Navigation Icons – Toggle full screen or jump to past/future months easily
• 🔁 Calendar Sync – Sync with Google Calendar for real-time visibility across platforms

🪜 Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to Operations > Availability
2. Browse the monthly calendar and review:
3. • 👥 Worker usage
   • 🚛 Truck usage
   • 📊 Truck utilization %
   • 🟩🟥 Color-coded status (green = full, red = overbooked)
4. Click the ➕ icon on any day to adjust the rate for that specific day
5. These rate changes show up in real-time for your sales reps during estimate pricing
6. Use the Expand icon (top right) to view in full-screen mode
7. Toggle months using the left/right arrows
