✏️ Edit Customer Info from the Survey App:
Description: Edit customer details (First & Last name, Email Address, Phone Number, origin & destination) directly from the app.
Who this is for: Surveyors updating customer info on-site.
Why this matters: Prevents delays and eliminates the need to access CRM.
How to use it: In Survey App, open customer details, tap Edit, and update as needed.
🧩 Improved UI for Survey Cards:
Description: We’ve adjusted the button layout on survey cards to prevent accidental clicks. The Edit, Delete, and Sync options are now clearly spaced for easier access.
Who this is for: All Survey App users.
Why this matters: Reduces mistakes and improves usability.
How to use it: Use as usual—buttons are now easier to tap individually.
🔄 Sync Metadata to Stay Up-to-Date:
Description: Added a Sync Metadata button in the Survey App settings to pull the latest Rooms, Tags, Items, and Categories from your CRM.
Who this is for: Surveyors who want the most current data while in the field.
Why this matters: Keeps app data aligned with CRM without needing manual updates.
How to use it: In Survey App, go to Settings > Sync Metadata and tap to refresh.

Description: Added a monthly calendar view in the Survey App showing scheduled survey events.

Description: Add new items from the Survey App—either for one-time use or save them permanently to your CRM’s item list.

Why this matters: Improves accuracy and reduces delays in capturing inventory.
How to use it: While adding items, tap Add New Item, enter details, and choose save option.

Description: Surveys created via the app can now be viewed directly in the Work Request section—not just as downloadable PDFs. A new “View” button shows inventory items added from the app.

How to use it: Open the Work Request, go to Surveys, and click the View button.

Description: Notes and photos attached to items in the Survey App now sync across:
Notes & Photos from survey now include Survey ID, Room, and Item Name for easy tracking.
Who this is for: Sales, operations, and crew members.
Why this matters: Maintains context for notes/photos and ensures they’re visible to crews on moving day.
How to use it: Add notes/photos to items in Survey App; they will automatically sync to Work Request and Crew App.
