Once a job is in progress, your crew shouldn’t have to fumble through clunky screens or outdated forms. With Movegistics 5.0, the final steps are intuitive, fast, and fully mobile-optimized — making it easy to finalize work orders, collect signatures, gather internal reviews, accept payments (with tips!), and submit the job in just a few taps.

• Review and confirm all work order charges
• Add additional charges if applicable
• Capture customer signature
• Collect an internal rating and review (synced with the CRM)
• Accept final payment via card, cash, check, or ACH
• Submit proof of payment if needed
• Finalize and submit the job to the office

🧭 What the Supervisor Should Do Here

1️⃣ Before Finalizing, Complete All Activities

• Ensure all Pack, Drive, Unload, and other activities are clocked in and clocked out
• Use View Activities to fix or add any missing entries

2️⃣ Tap into Finalize Work Order

• ✅ Use the blue View button to show a breakdown of time billed to the customer
• ✅ Review labor, packing materials, crating, and any additional services
• ✅ Verify the hours being billed and update if necessary
• ✅ Add additional charges, like materials sold onsite
• ✅ Confirm total amount due

3️⃣ Capture Customer Signature

• Hand the device to the customer
• Show the Activity Summary — a breakdown of time spent on each activity
• Collect the digital signature to acknowledge job completion

4️⃣ Collect Tips

• Ask the customer if they’d like to add a tip
• Enter the amount before proceeding

5️⃣ Internal Rating & Review

• Prompt the customer for a star rating and comment
• This review is internal only, synced with the CRM and visible to your team — not posted online
• Tap Submit or Skip

6️⃣ Accept Payment

• Choose payment method: Cash, Check, Card, ACH, or Other
• Credit card payments are supported through Remedy Payments integration
• Tap Pay Now

7️⃣ Upload Proof (for Cash or Check)

• Optionally upload a photo (e.g., cash, check, receipt)
• Or tap Skip

8️⃣ Tap Complete Job

• Confirm submission
• The job is now finalized and automatically removed from the Crew App
