On multi-day jobs, you've long been able to control when the Tip popup appears — on the first work order, the last, or every one. The BOL confirmation, however, appeared on every single day: shipper and carrier signatures at the end of each day's work order. Based on your feedback, that's now configurable too.
A new Crew App setting — Show BOL Confirmation Popup For Multi-Day Jobs — works exactly like the existing tip popup control, so the customer signs the BOL at the point in the job that matches your workflow.
✨ What's New
- Show BOL Confirmation Popup For Multi-Day Jobs (new) — choose whether the BOL confirmation (delivery acknowledgment, terms & conditions, and shipper/carrier signatures) is collected on the First Work Order, Last Work Order, or All Work Orders. It defaults to All Work Orders — the same behavior as before.
- Modeled on the existing tip control — it works exactly like Show Tip Popup For Multi-Day Jobs, which already lets you time the tip prompt the same way (and defaults to Last Work Order).
- Independent settings — tips and BOL confirmation are configured separately, so you can collect signatures on day one and tips on the final day, or any combination.
👥 Who This Is For
- Moving companies running multi-day jobs — pack one day, load the next, deliver after that — where each day is its own work order.
- Operations managers and admins — who define when in the job the customer should sign the BOL and be asked for a tip.
- Crews in the field — who no longer have to walk the customer through signatures and tip prompts at the end of every single day.
- Billing teams — who want tips collected once, at the right point in the job, instead of day by day.
⚙️ How to Configure
- Navigate to Settings → Crew App → General → Default.
- You'll find the new Show BOL Confirmation Popup For Multi-Day Jobs setting directly below the existing Show Tip Popup For Multi-Day Jobs.

- For each, pick First Work Order, Last Work Order, or All Work Orders. The Crew App applies the timing automatically on multi-day jobs.
▶️ How it plays out in the Crew App
Both set to Last Work Order: finalizing the final day's work order shows the BOL Confirmation with shipper and carrier signatures, then the Tips popup, then the payment screen to complete the job. Earlier days finalize without prompts.

BOL on First, Tips on Last — day one: finalizing the first work order collects the BOL confirmation and signatures, then proceeds to payment (with carry-forward for the remaining balance); no tip prompt until the last day.

BOL on First, Tips on Last — the final day: the crew goes straight from finalizing to the Tips popup and payment; the BOL confirmation was already captured on day one.

🔎 Good to Know
- Defaults. BOL Confirmation defaults to All Work Orders — matching how it worked before this release — and the Tip popup defaults to Last Work Order. Adjust either whenever it suits your workflow.
- Multi-day jobs only. These settings control multi-day jobs; single-day jobs finalize as they always have.
- The order of prompts is preserved. When both fall on the same work order, the crew sees BOL confirmation first, then tips, then the payment screen.
🎉 Available Now
BOL Confirmation timing is live under Settings → Crew App → General → Default, right alongside the tip popup control. Set them once to match how your company runs multi-day jobs, and the Crew App will prompt the customer on the right day — and only the right day.
