• We’ve added a new setting that allows moving companies to make Estimate Signature mandatory before finalizing a work order in the Crew App.
• This update ensures that the customer’s acknowledgment and valuation selection are completed before the move begins — preventing crews from skipping the walk-through process.

⚙️ Where to Find It

CRM → Settings → Crew App → General → Estimate Signature Mandatory

When enabled:
✅ The Crew App will require a signed estimate before allowing the crew to finalize the work order.

When disabled:
➡️ The work order can be finalized without a customer signature.

💡 Why this matters

This enhancement was introduced based on feedback from our customers, who work closely with senior clients and prefer to complete the estimate signature on the job day.

By making the estimate signature mandatory:

• Supervisors cannot skip the pre-move walk-through.
• Customers acknowledge the estimate and valuation before work begins.
• It ensures compliance, transparency, and professionalism at every job site.

🛠 How it works

• If the estimate is already signed in the Work Request, the Crew App will not prompt for another signature.
• If the estimate is not signed, the Crew App will require the customer’s e-signature before proceeding.
