Commercial multi-day moves now price themselves day by day. When a work request with the Commercial service type carries a multi-day move, your configured default line items populate automatically on every day of the move β not just the first. Each day of a commercial job consumes its own crew, trucks, equipment, and fuel, and those are exactly the charges companies set as Commercial defaults β so now they land on each day's pricing tab the moment the pricing loads, ready to adjust.
For a coordinator pricing a three-day office relocation, that's the repetitive per-day line entry gone: the same line items appear on every day, and only the quantities and hours need tuning to match each day's crew and truck count.

A Commercial work request with a multi-day move β here, a Pickup day and a Delivery day

This enhancement is live for all accounts. If your Commercial defaults are already configured under Settings β General β Default Line Items, there's nothing to do β your next multi-day commercial work request prices every day automatically. This one came straight from how commercial movers actually price multi-day projects; keep the feedback coming.
Property Exceptions in Mover Inventory now cover the best possible outcome: a damage-free property. When property exceptions are required at the beginning or end of a stage and the crew finds no damage, a new No Exception option lets them record exactly that β a clean, signed βno damage foundβ entry with a note, driver initials, and driver signature. The mandatory-exception workflow stays airtight, and crews complete it in seconds instead of logging a placeholder entry.

Show No Exceptions is available now in the Mover Inventory CMS under Settings β Shipment Type β Exception Settings. Turn it on, and your crews get a clean one-tap way to certify damage-free stages. This one came straight from customer feedback β keep it coming.
Carton items in Mover Inventory can now carry their packed-by designation with them. In Item List Management, turning on the Carton toggle for an item now also lets you preset it as CP (Carrier Packed) or PBO (Packed by Owner).
When a crew member selects that item in the app, the Carton toggle switches on and the right Packed by option is already selected β one less tap on every box, and the designation is correct every time because an admin set it deliberately in advance. And on the CMS side, every shipment's Items tab can now filter by CP or PBO, with item counts shown at a glance β perfect for verifying packed-carton totals at invoicing time.

The CP/PBO filter is available on the Show All Items tab

The CP/PBO preset is available now in the Mover Inventory CMS under Settings β Item List, and the CP/PBO filters are live on every shipment's Items tab. Set the preset once per carton item, and your crews pick up the speed on their very next job β while the back office gets carton counts in one click. This enhancement came directly from customer feedback β keep telling us where the clicks add up, and we'll keep removing them.
Ownership now lines up from the very first step. When you create a work request and set the Work Request Owner, that same person is automatically set as the Contact Owner β and, when a company is associated, as the company's Account Owner too. A coordinator can build the work request on a salesperson's behalf, assign them as the owner, and every record created along the way lands with the right person β no follow-up cleanup in the Contacts or Companies modules.

This enhancement is live for all accounts β no setup needed. The next work request your team creates carries its owner through to the contact and company automatically. It came straight from how coordinators and sales teams divide the work; keep the feedback coming.
Clock-time corrections now happen where the office works. Based on customer feedback, the work order's Activities tab lets operations staff edit any crew activity directly from the CRM β adjust clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, the hourly rate, the activity itself, and the crew attached to it. Every change recalculates the billed amount instantly and syncs straight to the Crew App, so a mistyped clock-out or a crew member who joined mid-job no longer requires chasing the field crew to fix it from their device.

Activity editing is live on the work order's Activities tab. Fix the clock, add the crew, correct the rate β from the office, in seconds, synced to the field.
The commission sections on the work order Expenses tab now tell the whole payout story at a glance. Every Worker, Sales, and Contractor commission row shows a Description naming the exact pricing categories the commission comes from, with the calculated amount filled into the Rate column automatically β and a detailed view breaks each category down into its base amount, commission percentage, and the dollar amount earned.
You can also now add a worker and their commission directly on the same screen: pick the worker, pick the commission plan, click the Calculate Commission icon, and the system computes everything for you β no more typing commission amounts in by hand.

These enhancements are live now across Sales, Worker, and Contractor commissions on the work order Expenses tab β no setup required. This one came straight from customer feedback: keep telling us where you want more clarity, and we'll keep building it in.
Credit card convenience fees now behave the way your books expect them to: as part of the payment, calculated per card payment, and always shown with a full breakup. Deposits on estimates display the actual deposit, the convenience fee, and the total side by side β for your sales team and for the customer before they pay.
Request Payment and Receive Payment gain a convenience fee section with an "amount includes fees" toggle, the work order Income screen shows exactly how each deposit and fee lands in the totals, and the Payments list separates the amount received, the fee, and the actual payment on every row. One consistent fee story, from the first deposit to the final dollar.

The transparent convenience fee workflow is live end to end β pricing, estimate deposits, the customer's e-sign confirmation, Request and Receive Payment, work order income, and the Payments list. Set your fee on the service type once, and every card payment explains itself.
The last look at an estimate is now also the last chance to fix it β without stepping backward. The Estimate Preview step gains a Quick Edit panel that puts the details you most often catch at the end right beside the rendered PDF: title, expiration date, send-from address, contact details, display options, deposit, and every text section.
Change a value and the PDF regenerates on the spot, with the change saved into the estimate itself. And a new expiration-date check warns you when an estimate would expire before its first activity date β before it ever reaches the customer.

Quick Edit is live on the Estimate Preview step, and the expiration-date check guards every estimate on its way out. Preview, polish, and send β all from one screen.
Multi-day jobs get two more timing controls. Alongside the existing Tip and BOL Confirmation options, Settings β Crew App β General now lets you decide when the Rating & Review popup and the Pay Now button appear on a multi-day job: on the First Work Order, the Last Work Order, or All Work Orders.
Ask for the review once at the end instead of every day, and collect payment exactly on the day your workflow calls for β especially handy for companies using Carry Forward.

Both settings are live under Settings β Crew App β General β Default. Set them once to match how your company runs multi-day jobs, and the Crew App will ask for reviews and payments on the right day β and only the right day.
Your fields can now follow your locations. Every custom and module field carries a Locations selector in its settings β pick the locations where a field should be hidden, and it disappears from that module's pages for those locations while remaining fully visible everywhere else. Each branch sees exactly the fields it works with, all from one central Fields screen.

Location-based field visibility is live under Settings β Fields. Pick a field, choose where it should be hidden, and every location's screens show just what belongs there.
